Fall in the High Country

Maybe it's the fall festivals and football games, the apple pickings or the pumpkin patches but whatever it is the High Country is the place to be in the Fall. One of the most scenic drives you can take this time of year is the Highway In The Sky better known as the Blue Ridge Parkway. Started in the 1930’s and finished in the 1980’s the Blue Ridge Parkway attracts nearly 20 million visitors every year. With blue skies and blazing color painting the landscape you will find yourself enthralled by every mile.
